My responses:

   The issue appears on each WebI documents.

   1) Only one BI server is installed (not multinode system)

   2) No, the mobile feature is not yet uses

I already check the blog and try to re-deploy the MobileBIService without success.

Note that the issue alsoappears on the CMC : CMC -> Applications -> SAP BusinessObjects Mobile
