   Thanks for the reply.

     I will assign the religion key-"1st & 3rd sat week off and 2nd & 4th sat week off" in Religion field of infotype IT0002(personal data) while hiring the employee.

     For your another idea on creating 2 holiday calendars :

          I have two type of weekly offs within the same group of employees as I explained earlier in my post. So I cannot assign both type of employees in one employee sub group grouping to create it in the work schedule rule.

Please suggest to take it further.....
