As per your requirement. Once you loaded the data till ODS year wise say 2006 to 2013. Use full update DTP to load data in cube in one shot in a single request.
Ocne this activity completed use your delta DTP , in the execute tab of it you will fing a drop down .. there you can select "no data transfer delta fetched" Execute the Delta DTP with that option.
Now use this delta DTP in your process chain.
