thanks for your reply!

The mapping was done correctly as you mentioned in your reply but I did overlook that the LDAP connector was also assigned to another connector group for the End User Log in that particular GRC backend system.

This connector did overide the settings I have done initially for the other group

So I moved the mapping to the second connector group for End User Log in and the details are successfully entered into the Access Request screen.

Now we have mapping that works fine for End User Log in and Access Request details:
