Converting PDF into URL which can be displayed using browser

Hi All,

I am looking for a way to convert a PDF into an URL which can be used in to display the pdf in browser in any system.

I have checked couple of threads and found the way to convert into URL but those URLs are local to the system which can not be opened in other systems.

Let me know if there is any way to achieve this in ABAP,
