Hi Eli,

Have you created custom group and assigned the custom group to your Role in PFCG.

For standard role, there would be already standard group assigned in the Menu tab of PFCG.

Role : SAP_HCM_BCR_MANAGER_X1

Create a copy of standard role and remove the Standard group and assign your custom group.

Let me know if this step is already completed.
