If the acrual % is greyed out, the could be because your rebate condition is not maintained with acrual tick mark. Proceed as follows:
1. Go to M/06 transaction and go to details of your rebate condition type (A001).
2. Maintain the acrual tick mark as shown below:
3. Check in MEB1.:
