BAPI To Create Subobject in SLG1

Hello,

I am looking for a BAPI or FM to create a SUBOBJECT during my runtime.

My requirement is I need to assign the FILENAME as a SUBOBJECT.

I have come across tables: BALOBJ, BALSUB, BALSUBT, BALOBJT.

BALSUB is the table which holds the SUBOBJECT

Is there any way to create SUBOBJECT dynamically.
