Delete payment method X from company code

Hi,

I am trying to delete the payment method X from the company code YYY through FBZP transaction and system is prompting with below error.

Error: Payment method X is still in use for company code YYY.

Message No: F3108

I have deleted the EDI payemnt method for the company code YYY in house banks configuration but still it is trigger the above error.
