Hi Rachna ,

 

Thanks for your answers, I am very new to CRM Technical so may be my queries looks very simple to you .

 

1) I get description but I want to know ID of that description, like in below image I am getting ZGS Account but I want to know the Partner_No.

2) Now once I got Partner_No from Step 1, I don't know how to use BOL Search & Relation to fetch the respective data of BP relation. Please suggest.

Table relationship is:-

On the basis of this BP Partner I need to fetch relationship (Table BUT050)  on the basis of BUT050-PARTNER1 and BUT050-RELTYP I need to fetch BUT050-PARTNER2

 

3) Step 1 node is BTPARTNEROEMENDCUST, So should I create a value node attribute under this node itself , and once I will get data from STEP 2 , how to assign data to new value attribute??

 

4) It is OK.

We have to close Internal Order no. 800001526 but system is not allowing to decrease budget amount from Rs. 2606000

Hi Tia,

 

We cannot restore the earlier version of translation by one click. If you want to change the translation then you need to do the translation once again as you did before.

 

Did you change it for the standard SAP roles or did you do for the custom developed roles?

Hi Terry,

 

There seems little confusion over browse option in data file.  Actually the browse option will browse only local machine and network file path.  Job Server may not be in local machine or user accessible network.  That why if you choose Location as Job Server then Type the file path completely or use variables. see the below details,

 

If the sample file is on your Designer computer, set Location to Local. Browse to set the Root

directory and File(s) to specify the sample file.1.png

 

If the sample file is on the current Job Server computer, set Location to Job Server. Enter the Root directory and File(s) to specify the sample file. When you select Job Server, the Browse

icon is disabled, so you must type the path to the file. You can type an absolute path or a relative

path, but the Job Server must be able to access it. For example, a path on UNIX might be

/usr/data/abc.txt. A path on Windows might be C:\DATA\abc.txt.

 

You can also use vaiable but during execution, you must specify a file located on the Job Server computer that will execute the job.

Hi,

SFG1 and SFG2 qty's will be calculated based on the BOM qty's defined for the FG material in CS03...

 

can u share the screen shot of BOM of FG material NCIFU501C1 and the base qty of NCIFU501C1 in the BOM in  the header....

 

What is the planned order qty of 464 NCIFU501C1 as shown in the screen shot...

Hi,

 

Basically loops can be resolved in multiple ways:

 

1. By creating Alias.

2. By creating contexts.

 

 

But all these have to be used in different cases, and you will be the best person to judge it.

 

1. You will create alias and resolve loop, when your scenario has role playing dimensions. for eg. Customer table has country filed, which is your country of residence and you have joined this with country dimension to get the details which in turn is also working as country of sales or something else.

So your country table here is playing a dual role and hence is a perfect scenario and candidate for an alias, so that it should be referred separately.

 

2. Contexts : As the name suggests,you are differentiating your subject areas, for eg. sales data or sales fact, should be different from purchase facts or receipts facts, so you will create context for each subject area, normally for each fact.

 

 

These are two basic ways of doing it.

Printing issue in vf02

Hi Expert,

 

 

I have a issue, When i print in vfo2.

 

 

In exnum it print 10 digit but i want to print only last 5 digit.before 2 days ago its working fine. but after changing financial year this problem occur from last 2 days. so please suggest me what should i do.

 

 

Print as 2014-15/B-37/S2600000001. but i want to print this as 2014-15/B-37/S00001.

Hi,

Thanks. The job of filling setup tables always failed without any selection in posting date,because the big volume data, so I want to fill the setup table by 3 steps. After that, I will run initial info package without any selections.

But according to your approach,  after running full infopack, how to set the conditions in initial infopackage for initialization, like posting date?

Hi Amit,

 

The button must be there. As a work around, press Tab (to come out of the Expression Editor Window and press Énter' key to simulate OK and Escape key to simulte Cancel. Hope you are not connected to a remote machine/virtual server window, in the case of which you may just have to locate the correct scrollbar!

 

On a second thought, check the HANA Studio revision and install the latest one.

Hi,

 

Is it the RW 022 or AU 133 you have got?

Generally it is not unusual that there is a error message appear which was not there in the past  because the checks are more strict in upper releases.

 

 

But for the RW 022 or AU 133 it should have been the same in the past.

 

I might ask you to call tr. OAK4 and check the red marked error messages.

Production Plan Generation Issue

Hi Gurus,

 

Scenario: I am running SNP heuristics to generate production plan at plane level. before making the same I made GR time for that SKU_Plant combination "0" to ensure start date and end date of production plan generation should be same and also made SNP checking horizon for eg. 5 days to ensure PP should generate on 6th day.

 

Result: PP is generating within SNP checking horizon i.e PP is seating on 4th day which I don't want.

 

Please suggest what settings to be maintained for my desired result.

Country Specific Infotypes

Hi All,

 

My query is:What are the country specific infotypes for Bangladesh & Pakistan.In R/3 system these 2 countries come under grouping of (99). Are there any fields or infotypes which we dont use for these.Howdifferent is it from US infotypes and payroll..like we use SSN number in US but not in India.What are payroll specification? I have already checked V_T582L. Im looking forward to know more.

Hi Sooraj,

 

I'm not sure what you want to do in your BTE fm.

 

Changes of SKA1 and SKB1 will be logged in CHHDR in object class SACH automatically.

 

But this will happen after the BTE. The BTE is before saving the updates, if I understand the fm's description. There are no changes made at all. You can find the differences, if you check the interface parameters SKA1 and SKB1 against the database values of SKA1 and SKB1.

I think I know what I did wrong! When adding the entries to the task I should have specified 'Table contents specified by request', instead I used 'Entire table'.
