We recently experienced an issue where all requisitions created on two consecutive days did not make it into workflow. Most of the requisitions were created through interfaces where we automatically release our first level of purchase requisition approval. The requisitions reflect this first level approval but have no workflow drivers created. We performed a recovery effort by unreleasing and re-releasing all impacted requisitions which put them back into workflow. Two weeks later our Production system was refreshed and a new workflow was generated for the requisitions we cleaned up. We went through another clean up effort to remove these extra workflows. Last week we again had our system not pick up requisitions into workflow. This issue has not been present in our system for the past 9 months of being live and seemingly popped up out of nowhere. It is very sporadic and only has the two occurrences.
Has anyone ever experienced an issue similar to this or have any suggestions on what to check/where to check that these requisitions might be "stuck"?
